We are experts in the field of restoration with skills that have been developed and honed over many years. Furniture-Art have a wide skill base which includes; cabinet making, vener laying, carving, gilding, french polishing, paint techniques and wax finishing. We also can handle brass patination,brass casting and making ormolu mounts. We will undertake antique restoration projects as well as modern and contemporary furniture restoration . The team have completed work on items of furniture with a cost scale that has ranged from 10's of pounds on the repair of household items to jobs that have cost 1000's of pounds on some of the finest antique furniture in this country.
